I Love Raw Desserts!
I never feel like I cannot indulge when I dive into raw desserts. Full of nutrients and dense in flavor these cookies hit the spot! Great for a snack or to bring to a party. You can even add your favorite vegan protein powder to the mix for an added bonus. We love Vega Vanilla Chai All-in-One here at our home, but you can choose whichever delights your palate. 2 Cups Almond Flour
2 Cups Macadamia Nuts (soaked and rinsed)
1 cup Coconut Flour
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup honey or Coconut nectar
3 Tbsp Sol Raiz Maca
1 Tbsp Lucuma Powder
2 tsp Vanilla Powder
3 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Sea salt
(if desired) 1 Scoop Vega Vanilla Chai All in One Powder
Water if necessary
Process macadamia nuts and sweetener until creamy then add to mixing bowl. Add remainder ingredients to bowl. Stir. I use my hand to fully incorporate all of the ingredients, adding water as necessary to facilitate full incorporation of ingredients. Shape into cookies or whatever fun shapes you desire. and place on mesh dehydrator sheet (If your batter is very wet from adding water place on teflex sheet for 5 hours and check if dry enough to flip onto the mesh sheets). Dehydrate if dersired for 5 hours at 115 degrees or eat as is.
